When people start a new job, they want to be awesome at it!
As humans, it's in our nature to want to do a good job!
However, there are many reasons why the support required to ensure somebody's employment success isn't there.
It could be that the company employing the new staff member doesn't have an induction & training programme for newcomers.
Perhaps the person charged with training the new person is swamped with their existing role and just doesn't have the time required to train and support a new person.
And... the new person may just not be picking things up as fast as required or within the time allowed, because they are heading back into the workplace for the first time in a while.
We can offer some support in this space to ensure a successful and lasting work placement.
Post Covid, with such staff shortages, it's more important than ever to hold on to staff and wrap support around them to ensure their success.

Be available to answer role related questions.
Carry out job specific computer training if needs be.
